Your health is our top priority, and we encourage you to work with us to keep both our guests and crew safe both during your time with us. 

• Masks – although there are no current requirements for masks to be worn we encourage their use if you are unable to physically distance.
• Cleaning–  high touch surfaces and high traffic areas are cleaned before and after each cruise and hand sanitiser is available to all of our guests.
• Wellness– if you or anyone in your group is experiencing symptoms, we politely request that you do not travel and contact us so we can work with you directly to cancel or reschedule your cruise.

Cat Balou Cruises latest safety measures are based on the latest COVID-19 infection rates in our region. At the current time these rates are low, and therefore participating in a whale watching cruise poses a low-risk. This may be subject to change.
